9:30: Meeting Time (You must be on time)
9:30 – 11:00: Training 1
11:00 – 11:15: Break Time(Snack Time)
11:15 – 12:15: Training 2
12:15 – 13:15: Lunch Time
13:15 – 14:45: Match
14:45 – 14:55: Conclusion & Tidy up
15:00: Pick Up Time
