shared his story how he become professional footballer. He shared greatest and hardest memory as footballer which was so impressive.As we recently focus on Nutrition, he shared his nutrition routine what he cares about meal most.
Every morning, he has oatmeal and fruit and every night he has chicken breast and heated vegetable.
He cares nutrition management more than anything else.
Surprisingly, he never drink Sport drink and take protein for reason.
