New Football Session for Girls in West Acton!
Happy to announce that we had first trial session yesterday with our new coach Mariko Engels.

A Football Samurai Girls includes:
– 90 minutes of football fun sessions with QPR Ladies Player.
-Sessions are focused on fitness, practical and theory work, with a game at the end to put those new skills into practice.
-Samurai Girls is a great way to meet new people, getting fit!

4月よりサムライガールズチームのトレーニングが開始されました。QPRレディースでプレーするマリココーチを迎えて、月曜日と金曜日にトレーニングを開催予定です。
